Target

As many people know, Target is one of my favourite stores. I go there rather often and buy quite a bit of stuff from them. One thing that I have noticed recently is that there will be a price listed on the shelf but when they ring it up it often rings in higher. Sometimes it's only twenty cents or so but tonight it was five dollars. I'm not sure if this is local or widespread, just be careful and aware!
