Bedtime Stories

Stellan had a nice long bubble bath tonight before bed. After the nice soak I slathered him with lotion and then put some Aquaphor on his chapped hands. He loves having a nice hand massage.

We went to his room where we cuddled and read "Peter Rabbit" together. I cannot believe that he has the whole book almost entirely memorized. It's so cute to hear his little squeaky voice recite the book. One of his favourite comfort tactics is to twirl his hair in his fingers. Recently he has been using both hands to do this and ends up pulling out some hair. I told him to stop pulling on his hair because he was pulling it out. He looked at me and said, "But Mommy, I like to do this. It's actually my favourite thing to do.". He is just so stinking cute I could eat him up.
